Amitabh Bachchan's home Jalsa in Mumbai is one of the city's most famous landmarks. Fans crowd around the house pretty much everyday but every Sunday in particular, it's a special kind of gathering. As Big himself said on his Twitter page, "Every Sunday from 1982 of my accident in 'Coolie' to this day non stop, the crowds and fans and well wishers are here." Big B who had just flown back to Mumbai from London yesterday (June 27) added, "Coming in to Jalsa to meet Sunday crowds... but getting in is also a huge exercise. More crowds and more affection ..!! 28 years without break, every Sunday. Sunday crowds ... have no words for this attention!!"
Check out the crowds in this picture and you'll know just what the Bachchans are dealing with. But they seem to appreciate the love all the way. Big B added, "Abhi and Ash join me at the gate ... will never be able to repay this love."
